How can I compare War participation between clan members?

Start with the Missed column in War Summary. The column shows a missed count and percentage based on the recorded regular-war attack opportunities included in the calculation.

A count and a percentage are both useful. The count answers how many confirmed opportunities were unused. The percentage adds context when members have different numbers of available attack opportunities.

After comparing the aggregate values, use War Breakdown to inspect:

• Which wars included the member
• Which recorded attack attempts were used
• Which recorded opportunities were missed
• What stars, destruction, and new stars resulted from used attacks
• What Town Hall or map-position context is available for the matchup

Participation answers whether an opportunity was used. Performance metrics describe what happened when an attack was used. ClansHQ keeps both kinds of evidence available.

How can I identify repeated missed attacks?

Sort the Missed column in the War or CWL Summary to bring larger aggregate missed values into view. An aggregate can point to a recurring pattern, but it should be verified against the event history.

Then switch to Breakdown and locate the individual War or CWL cells marked Missed. This confirms whether the aggregate comes from one event or several recorded events.

ClansHQ does not decide why an attack was missed. Availability, lineup changes, connection problems, instructions, emergencies, and other circumstances can affect participation. The tracker supplies the record; clan leaders provide the context.

Is no participation the same as a missed attack?

No. ClansHQ uses different states for different facts:

• Missed means there was a recorded attack opportunity and the attack was not used.
• A dash (-) in an aggregate means there is no recorded participation to summarize in the included data.
• Zero is a real calculated or recorded result, such as a zero-star attack or a Net Gain of zero.

This distinction prevents a member who was not included from appearing equivalent to a member who participated and recorded a zero result. It also prevents missing participation from being counted automatically as a missed attack.
