ClansHQ lets you filter regular Clash of Clans War statistics by month. Open War Records on your clan dashboard and use the month dropdown immediately left of Summary / Breakdown. Choose a month to show its retrieved wars and calculate member statistics from that selection, or leave All Available selected to review the full retrieved history.

A monthly view helps clan leaders focus a roster review on a particular period. You can compare member performance in Summary, then switch to Breakdown to inspect the wars behind those numbers without losing the month selection.

How to filter Clan War statistics by month

  1. Search for your clan using its clan tag.
  2. Open War Records on the dashboard.
  3. Find the month dropdown immediately left of Summary / Breakdown.
  4. Select a month and year, such as October 2026.
  5. Use Summary to compare members or Breakdown to inspect individual wars and recorded attacks.

The dropdown lists only months represented in the retrieved regular-war data, newest first. All Available is the default and restores the full retrieved view. Choosing a month filters data already loaded in your browser; it does not request additional historical wars.

Which statistics change when I select a month?

Both table modes use the same selected period. Summary recalculates member Average Stars, Average New Stars, confirmed Missed attacks and their percentage, Net Gain, offensive and defensive star rates, and War Impact from the selected month's qualifying records.

Breakdown shows only the selected month's war columns. Its totals, averages, participation, and available Town Hall and map-position comparisons use the same monthly scope. The footer's War Count reflects the displayed wars.

For example, if the retrieved data contains four September wars and two October wars, choosing September displays those four wars. October's attack and defense records do not contribute to the September member statistics. Existing calculation settings still apply.

Read the War Tracker guide for metric definitions, or learn how Summary and Breakdown work together.

How is a war assigned to a month?

ClansHQ uses the war's preparation-start date in UTC. A war whose preparation starts on September 30 UTC belongs to September, even if its battle day or ending falls in October.

This gives every war one consistent month. Your device's time zone does not move the war into a different monthly group.

Does the month include every war my clan fought?

A selected month can be incomplete. The regular War endpoint currently returns the latest 28 recorded wars for the clan. The dropdown filters that retrieved set; it does not fetch a complete calendar-month archive.

If older wars from a month fall outside those 28 records, they will not contribute to that month's statistics. The current month may also still be in progress. All Available means all retrieved wars, rather than every war the clan has ever fought.

Keep the displayed War Count and the available history in mind before comparing two months. Different numbers of wars, lineup changes, and matchup difficulty can affect the results. See the historical War log guide for more context.

Will ClansHQ remember my selected month?

Yes. The selection is saved per clan in your browser and survives page refreshes and return visits on that browser. It is not an account preference or a setting synchronized across devices.

ClansHQ keeps the selected month while it remains represented in successfully retrieved data. If that month is no longer available, the dropdown returns to All Available and saves that choice. A loading state or failed request does not erase the saved selection.

How does Exclude latest work with the month filter?

Exclude latest keeps its existing behavior: it excludes the newest war in the full retrieved dataset from member calculations while leaving that war visible in Breakdown when it belongs to the selected month.

It does not exclude the newest war of each month. If the newest retrieved war is in October and you select September, September's newest war still contributes to the calculations. War Count counts displayed wars, including a visible war excluded from calculations.

Can I use this filter for CWL or Capital Raid?

This month dropdown applies to regular Clan War Records. Clan War League (CWL) continues to use its season selection, and Capital Raid retains its existing Raid Weekend views.

Use monthly statistics for a focused roster review

Start with missed attacks to investigate reliability, then compare Average New Stars, Net Gain, and attack and defense rates. Switch to Breakdown to check the matchups behind a result before making a lineup or coaching decision.

Monthly statistics organize the available evidence. Assignments, target difficulty, cleanup opportunities, and sample size still matter when interpreting a member's contribution.

Open your clan dashboard to review an available month or return to All Available for a broader view.
